sliver. this is remains of the boat that capsized. it was docked here on treasure island. here is video from our helicopter partnership with abc 7 news. this was a 72 ft. boat. this happened about 1:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon. is sent the 12 man crew in the water. most of the crew was rescued except for andrew simpson who was trapped under the boat for 10 minutes. they performed cpr and brought him to shore to try to save his life but they were unable to do so. they stated that the conditions were windy but they were not extreme. the san francisco police department will not take over the investigation as to what caused the boat to capsize. the america's cup officials will hold a press conference and to take
